we prolly gonna do the same, meaning just to let the owner of the copyright to contact us

i had to go through uk registrations. my textures are uploaded to their servers.

well they have procedures, lengthy ones. like message rlc first, then ask the designer politely, then talk to your solicitor etc etc. but once i tell rlc about uk registrations, they always take the listing down. so 1st step always worked for me so far.

just put a disclaimer up saying , you upload at your own risk bla bla and let the users file the dmca.
